I wish we could send cards to every person! In case there was anyone left out that wanted one, please consider this your card. And for those of you who did get one, keep reading, this post has our family newsletter! It did not get sent out this year mainly because I was feeling lazy and busy with finals.
2013 Family Newsletter
Hello Friends and Family!
We
are still here in Arizona .
Our year has gone by very quickly but we had plenty to do. In February we moved
to a new apartment building and a new ward. We have enjoyed our location and
the new friends we have made. We will be moving again in January to another
place in the area.
In
March Caleb got a new job that he enjoys much more than his previous jobs. He
now has an IT position doing Help Desk work for a company that is contracted
out to Empire Cat. He is taking a break from school and hopes to resume again
after we move back to Idaho .
He has a calling in our church ward as a Ward Missionary and is enjoying it
quite a bit.
In
April we welcomed Evelynn into our family. She has been growing bigger than
ever and has been learning all sorts of new things. She is a master at crawling
and has just began to start pulling herself into standing position. She still
has her sweet personality and we are always being told how calm and mellow she
seems. We love having her as a part of our family!
Connor
turned 2 this last May, just three week's after becoming a big brother. He is
still extremely tall and skinny and is growing like a weed. He has been talking
a lot more in the recent months and learning a lot of new things. We put tubes
in his ears in August to hopefully stop the constant ear infections he was
dealing with and have seen a great improvement since then. He loves going to
Nursery at church and loves talking on the phone to Grandma.
Rebecca
started school this fall and plans to major in Marriage and Family studies. It
has been keeping her extremely busy but she is enjoying the chance to get an
education once again. She also has a calling as a Ward Missionary with Caleb.
We
hope that all of you are doing well and having a wonderful Christmas season! We
had the chance to visit family in Idaho
over Thanksgiving and enjoy the wedding of Caleb's brother. We got to see many family
members but very few friends. We hope everyone knows that we love them despite
if we did or did not get a chance to see you all!
Merry Christmas and Happy
Holidays!
Caleb, Rebecca, Connor, & Evelynn - The
Barthlome's
