We had a great Easter! i won't lie and say it was all organized and thought out, because it wasn't. we didn't actually get any easter things until the night before, and i was too lazy to put a basket together for Connor so we just took the easy way out and bought one. Luckily, he is too young to know the difference! He was quite excited to see a new monster truck in the basket. and then, he promptly broke it within an hour!!!! someday i just want to growl at that kid!
We didn't get much candy because i REALLY don't need all that extra sugar right now, and Caleb isn't much of a candy person anyways. Connor thoroughly enjoyed what little candy he did get though! especially that airhead!
Connor and our baby got a package from their great grandma anderson on saturday. Connor got some super fun african safari animals! we are calling that an easter present. he had alot of fun playing with them.
We bought Connor an Easter suit again this year. He looked soooo cute at church in it! But he had too much fun playing at nursery and wore himself out and fell asleep on the way home. His Daddy took it off of him and put him to bed before i could get a picture! so i had to put it on him again and take some pictures! please ignore his dirty face and nose! :) he wasn't too thrilled about wearing the church clothes again so i didn't make him look perfect. that's why the collar is flipping up funny! But hey, atleast i got a picture or two!
We had an great Easter and are grateful for our Savior and the knowledge we have that he lives and rose from the dead. what a blessing it is to know that and have the chance to celebrate that wonderful event once a year!
