January

I am ridiculously behind on our family blogging! Just one more month of this semester though, then maybe I'll have some spare time to focus on getting it taken care of.

Caleb and Connor went and saw a movie. I think it was a Star Wars movie, and they said they had a lot of fun!

Liam welcomed the New Year in massive need of a nap. Which he took, face down on the floor.

The next morning we woke up to plenty of snow. Caleb had the day off because of  the first falling on a Sunday.

When I tried to get the kids ready to go out and help Daddy, Liam fell asleep in the process.

While he napped, the rest of us did some playing and we built a snowman after getting all the shoveling done.

Apparently I've had some utterly exhausted kids, because after we got Connor home from school the next day, both Liam and Evelynn were asleep. That means Connor had a blast playing around and telling me about school, until he showed me his owies from school.

We woke up to snow AGAIN the next day.

Liam was pretty thrilled about the snowflakes in his air though!

On the 5th, we had some huge laughs when Caleb's chair completely broke while he was sitting on it. Obviously, it got replaced.

Liam loves animals. Sometimes he even wants to choose an animal toy and hold it when he goes down for a nap.

Sometimes Liam likes to climb in our laundry baskets and play.

On the 7th, we went to the store and Liam was asleep. We let him sleep in the cart. Obviously I didn't even consider what we were standing in front of when I took the pictures, though! haha!

On the 9th, the snow stopped coming down, but there was so much frozen ice and snow on the roads.

After we took Connor to school on the 11th, Liam fell fast asleep. He hadn't been sleeping very well, so we decided to let him continue his nap longer. Evelynn and I had a little dance party in the car, where I once again admired the pretty little girls my girl has.

On the 13th, we had to go to the Mall to get my ring looked at from a loose stone. While I did that, the kiddos took a train ride with Daddy. They loved it!

 Then they got to play!

The next day, Evelynn and I decided on a girls night. She wanted to see Moana again (which I hadn't seen). She had so much fun, and was singing to all the songs. Girls sitting in front of us kept talking about how cute she was and even mentioned it after the movie on our way out.

She completely fell asleep on the way home, which wasn't a suprise since it was after 10.

Apparently while we were gone, Daddy had some amusing laughs over this little guy.

The next morning, Liam had his very first nursery day!

Our youngest child has become quite mischevious lately. He climbs everywhere, including behind the computer.

Sleepy boy.

On the 19th, we woke up to snow again.  We decided to go to a playdate meetup.

On the 20th, we got even more snow.

On the 21st,  we did quite a bit of playing. We also tried to build ourselves a snowman.

Basically, Daddy has a way of building big snowmen.

After we finished the snowman, we built Daddy into a snow grave.

There was snow again the next day.

Aaaaand the next day.... although it was a lot more problematic that day. We couldn't get our of our spot! There was solid ice under the tire and frozen snow tenched around the car. I couldn't back out no matter how and what I tried.

Evelynn was heartbroken that she had to miss dance, so we sent video's to Grandma West of parts of her dances.

Caleb had to buy ice-melt and a shovel in order for us to get the car out. Thankfully he did get it accomplished!

Liam's mischief has been the spotlight of this post it feels like, so it's good to see Evelynn's mischief, too. She built herself a bed with every single pillow and blanket in the house to snuggle and take care of her babies.

We had to kill some time at the store on the 25th, so of course we raided the Valentine's aisle.

On the 26th it warmed up enough that Daddy went out and clear the 3inches of solid ice and snow from our parking spot so we wouldn't be slipping on it anymore. I fell carrying Liam a couple times, and Caleb is such a sweetheart that he didn't want us getting hurt and took care of it on his day off!

On the 27th, we did something super exciting and we took the kids to the circus! Connor had gotten a free pass from school and was so excited about it. We had decided it would be great for a family night!

We had to run some errands, which resulted in sleeping kiddos again.

The 30th was an exciting day! Caleb started a new job, and we are so happy and proud of him!

When he got home from work, I informed him that we needed to drive down to American Fork because my cousin had her baby! Again, I'll say it. He's such a sweet guy that he had no problem driving down because he loves me.
And isn't this sweet baby adorable?! I definitely got my baby fix.

The next day we woke up to a sick little boy who was wheezing. I was hopeful it was just a one time thing and that he wasn't sick, but I was wrong.
