Connor's 3rd Birthday

 Our Connor turned 3 years old on Saturday!

We got him a train table and set it up for him the night before so that he could see it right away when he woke up in the morning. 

He thought it was the most cool thing ever!

I was able to do a friend's hair and makeup for her sister's wedding and had such a great time doing it!

After playing with the toys for a little while we had lunch.

Connor had some happy birthday phone calls from grandparents during that time and although he wasn't thrilled about being sung to, he gave the phone some smiles and kisses.

After that we went swimming!

We all had tons of fun.

I thought this was such an adorable pictures of Evelynn. I wish that excited look was for me, but it was actually for her daddy and big brother! She wanted to get right in the pool with them.

After swimming we all got cleaned up, rested, and ready to go out to dinner.

We also let Connor open the rest of his presents from us and others.

I had thought Connor would nap before we left but he really didn't want to.

Unfortunately, he fell asleep in the car on the to the Cracker Barrel. It wasn't a far drive at all, but the poor little guy was out like a rock. He even slept through the beginning of dinner. It took several tries to wake him up. He slept on Daddy's lap during that time and took a while to fully wake up. Tired kid! 

Later that evening we had the cake that Connor helped me make for him. 

We had let him pick the frosting and cake mix that he wanted for his cake, so he was pretty excited about eating it! Caleb helped him blow out his candle and then we all enjoyed eating it! 

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR MUNCHKIN!

We had such a great time celebrating him.
