In the weeks since Evelynn's arrival, i have been taking a lot of pictures. Babies change so quickly at this early age! I know both grandmas love seeing pictures of these two kiddos, and often request them on different days. i had to pick through them all to decide which ones to post!
We have been adapting to the new baby very well. it's different of course, but so far we have managed to make it through. Connor loves being a big helper with his sister and brings me diapers periodically throughout the day and insists she needs changed. he often tries to pick her up when she cries, and loves to hold her and even tries to help burp her. Both kids seem to have grown a lot in the last few weeks. Connor is getting more and more independent and loves to do things all by himself, and Evelynn is going to outgrown her newborn clothes soon. i feel like i'm recovered from child birth now, and from the horrible UTI i got, so we are starting to figure out our new daily routines and schedules. it's a work in progress, but we feel everything is going well.

5/2 - i was sitting on the couch holding Evelynn and Connor climbed up and tried to take her from me so he could hold her. he loves being a big brother!

5/6 - Two weeks old! Connor loves his sister. and he is also good at causing chaos...like getting in the bath himself fully clothed...
