Ziplining Fun!

Idaho Trip, Aug 12th (Tues)

After we completed our Garden Party on Tuesday the 12th (see previous post for details), we headed to Boise for my cousin's baby shower where there was fun games and activities, and time to socialize with family!

Shortly after the party finished up, my extended family was invited to go Ziplining with us!

My mom arranged for us to be able to go because we hadn't been able to make it to the big family reunion in July. Her cousin was very kind and allowed us to come and spend an evening having some fun, ziplining over a pond!

I was nervous about it, but Caleb went, then Connor, and then of course I had to go as well. 

We each went several more times before the night was over because it was such a blast!

I made Caleb go before I would let Connor.

Then Connor got to go.

 Evelynn did NOT do the zipline because I just wasn't ready for her to do it... so she got to hang out with Great-Grandma while I did it! 

Here's a few pictures of me doing the zipline. I was terrified the first time, but really enjoyed it the other times. The second time I went down I freaked out because half way down I see my Dad walking around the pond, and he was supposed to be the one stopping the zipline at the end...  I nearly started screaming because I was envisioning myself being smashed to death, but my brother was at the end taking over for my dad. Needless to say, I survived just fine. :)

The last time they went, Caleb and Connor went at the same time. :)

While everyone finished ziplining, Caleb took Connor to play.

We had SO MUCH FUN with this family activity and I was so glad my mom arranged it!
