After we returned from Connor's soccer game, Evelynn was eager to open her present from Grandma Anderson and her Aunties and open the cards she had.
She was so thrilled to get a "big girl dolly!"
Next we went out for lunch. she chose Applebee's.
She was initially very excited to get her birthday song and treat, but then she got a little shy.
Our last stop was the Kangeroo Zoo, and boy did these kids have fun! Liam was furious that we were trying to keep him in the toddler toys. He climbed a ginormous slide all on his own, and boy was I shocked! After 2 hours the kids were worn out but they weren't happy about leaving. We promised that we'd go agian sometime soon (although it has yet to happen).
We got to go to the store and let Evelynn pick our her presents with her birthday money she got in her cards. She was super excited about it!
She also picked out her birthday cake and candle.
